As a Listing Coordinator, I manage the entire listing process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary paperwork is gathered, complete, and accurate. I input listing information into MLS systems and various marketing platforms promptly, crafting compelling listing descriptions to attract potential buyers. I diligently monitor and update listing statuses, price changes, and other pertinent information as required. Providing effective communication with agent/s, client/s, and vendors is key to facilitating smooth transactions, while maintaining organized online files and records related to listings, contracts, and transactions. My focus on providing exceptional customer service ensures the client's needs are met throughout the listing process. Additionally, I collaborate with agents to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.
